WMGL 1.1

This program is the Graphic Library developed for Windows Mobile devices. WMGL (Windows Mobile Graphics Library) provides easy-in-use interfaces for fast alpha blending and various 3D effects. You can use it from your C++ or C# (.NET CF) project. WMGL have various "3D" Effects (Rotate, Page, Slide), blending types (HUE, Color, Saturation etc.), transparent PNG support. This program runs on Windows Mobile, Microsoft Visual Studio C++ or .NET CF project.
